By accessing or using this website, registering an account, placing an order, listing products, or using any service provided through the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, and relevant platform policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use the platform.

1. Platform Role

IndianSuperstore.com is a B2B marketplace operated by Tradevoraa LLP that facilitates connections and transactions between independent buyers and suppliers.

IndianSuperstore is not the manufacturer, supplier, exporter, importer, owner, or reseller of the products listed by independent sellers.

Products are supplied and fulfilled by the respective suppliers. Suppliers remain responsible for product quality, product descriptions, pricing, packaging, order fulfilment, export documentation, product compliance, and the accuracy of information provided for shipping and customs purposes.

IndianSuperstore may facilitate buyer-seller communication, order processing, payment coordination, and eligible logistics arrangements.

2. Account Registration & Data

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or maintaining an account.

User information may be collected and processed for purposes including:

- Account creation and verification

- Order processing and fulfilment

- Payment coordination

- Shipping and customs-related activities

- Customer support

- Platform security and fraud prevention

- Improving platform services

By registering, users agree to receive necessary platform-related communications, including order updates, payment notifications, shipping updates, service notifications, and account-related messages.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities conducted through their accounts.

3. Legal and Acceptable Use

Users must use IndianSuperstore only for lawful purposes.

Users must not:

- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive activities

- Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information

- Upload illegal, restricted, counterfeit, or infringing products

- Violate export, import, customs, tax, sanctions, or other applicable laws

- Misuse another user’s personal or business information

- Attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality

- Use the platform to distribute harmful code, spam, or unauthorised communications

- Circumvent platform procedures, fees, verification processes, or security measures

IndianSuperstore may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or listings that violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, platform features, software, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks belonging to Tradevoraa LLP or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit platform content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Product images, descriptions, trademarks, and other materials uploaded by suppliers remain the responsibility of the respective suppliers, who must have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

5. Buying and Selling

IndianSuperstore facilitates interactions and transactions between buyers and independent suppliers.

Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that product listings are accurate and that products supplied match the agreed specifications, quantity, quality, and description.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product information, specifications, pricing, minimum order quantities, delivery terms, and other relevant details before placing an order.

Commercial terms, delivery responsibilities, payment arrangements, and other obligations may be agreed directly between the buyer and supplier, subject to applicable platform procedures and order terms.

IndianSuperstore may assist with communication, order administration, payment coordination, and dispute communication but does not independently guarantee the performance of every buyer or supplier.

6. Product Listings, Pricing & Availability

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including:

- Product descriptions and specifications

- Pricing and applicable charges

- Product availability

- Minimum order quantities

- Packaging information

- Product certifications and compliance information

- Declared product value and customs-related information

Prices, product availability, and listing details may change without prior notice.

IndianSuperstore may remove, restrict, suspend, or modify listings that are inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, restricted, or inconsistent with platform requirements.

7. Orders and Supplier Confirmation

An order submitted by a buyer is subject to review and confirmation by the respective supplier.

The supplier may confirm, reject, or request clarification regarding an order, subject to the applicable order terms and platform procedures.

An order should not be considered fully confirmed until the applicable supplier has accepted or confirmed it through the platform or another authorised communication channel.

8. Payments and Order Protection

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers or other authorised payment channels.

IndianSuperstore may coordinate payment collection and supplier settlement in accordance with the applicable order terms, payment procedures, and order-protection conditions.

Where supplier payment is held pending delivery or completion of applicable conditions, this arrangement is a payment coordination or order-protection process and does not constitute insurance, banking, or a guarantee against every possible transaction loss.

Payment processing may be subject to payment gateway verification, fraud checks, chargebacks, refunds, disputes, and applicable laws.

9. Shipping and Logistics

IndianSuperstore facilitates eligible international air-shipping arrangements through logistics partners such as FedEx. Where available, buyers may select an applicable carrier service during checkout.

Shipping charges displayed at checkout are based on the selected carrier service, shipment details, package dimensions, weight, destination, and applicable carrier rates available at the time of booking.

Once checkout is completed and the shipment is booked, the shipping charge paid through IndianSuperstore will generally be treated as the applicable shipping charge for that order.

However, additional carrier charges may arise due to differences between declared and actual shipment details, reweighing or remeasurement, address corrections, remote-area surcharges, customs-related charges, service changes, or other charges imposed by the carrier or relevant authorities. Such charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms.

IndianSuperstore currently facilitates eligible international air shipments. Sea-freight or container-shipping services are not currently booked or processed through IndianSuperstore.

Where displayed, sea-freight or container-shipping figures are indicative calculations provided for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute a confirmed sea-freight booking, shipping commitment, or freight-forwarding service by IndianSuperstore.

10. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Buyers may view available delivery services, estimated carrier transit times, applicable shipping charges, and supplier processing time, where provided, while selecting a shipping option during checkout.

Supplier processing time is separate from carrier transit time. The supplier may require additional time to confirm the order, prepare, package, and make the goods ready for collection.

The estimated carrier transit time, including FedEx transit time where applicable, generally begins after the shipment has been collected by the carrier and accepted into its network.

International air shipments may typically take approximately 4–20 business days in transit, depending on the destination, selected service, customs clearance, and other operational factors.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

- Supplier processing or preparation delays

- Customs inspections or clearance procedures

- Incomplete or inaccurate documentation

- Import permits or regulatory requirements

- Carrier operational issues

- Delays caused by the buyer, supplier, customs authorities, or other third parties

- Events beyond the reasonable control of IndianSuperstore

IndianSuperstore does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing.

11. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Requirements

Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of their destination country, including applicable:

- Customs duties

- Import taxes

- Permits and licences

- Product-specific requirements

- Customs documentation

- Importer identification or registration requirements

- Clearance procedures

IndianSuperstore may facilitate the collection or transmission of shipping and customs-related information for eligible shipments.

However, customs decisions, clearance requirements, duties, taxes, penalties, and additional charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities, carriers, customs brokers, or other applicable parties.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, storage charges, penalties, or other destination-related charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable order terms.

12. Supplier Responsibilities

The respective supplier remains responsible for:

- Product quality and conformity

- Accurate product descriptions and declared values

- Proper packaging and labelling

- Product-specific certificates and compliance

- Export documentation and customs information

- Compliance with applicable export laws and regulations

- Preparing goods for collection within the agreed timeframe

- Providing accurate information required for shipping and customs processing

IndianSuperstore may request clarification or supporting documentation from suppliers where necessary for order processing, verification, shipping, or compliance purposes.

13. Order Cancellation

Buyers may request cancellation at any time before the respective supplier confirms the order.

Once the supplier has confirmed the order, cancellation is no longer available through the standard cancellation process, as the supplier may have started preparing or processing the order.

After supplier confirmation, buyers may contact IndianSuperstore Support to submit an exceptional cancellation request. Such requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed to be accepted.

Approval may depend on the order status, supplier confirmation, shipment preparation, payment settlement, and whether fulfilment or shipping activities have already commenced.

If the order has already been dispatched, handed over to the carrier, or otherwise processed for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the buyer’s IndianSuperstore dashboard or by contacting support@indiansuperstore.com.

Any refund, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms and the Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. Any applicable deductions or non-refundable charges will be communicated where relevant.

14. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by the applicable Return, Refund & Replacement Policy and the specific terms of the relevant order.

Eligibility may depend on factors including:

- Product defects

- Damage during delivery

- Incorrect products

- Quantity discrepancies

- Evidence submitted by the buyer

- Supplier terms

- Carrier procedures

- The nature of the product

- Applicable laws

Buyers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging details, shipping labels, or other supporting evidence.

Not all products or orders may be eligible for return, refund, or replacement. Buyers should review the applicable policy before placing an order.

15. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If a shipment appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, the buyer should:

- Notify the carrier immediately

- Refuse delivery where reasonably possible

- Take photographs or videos of the package and shipping label

- Report the issue to IndianSuperstore within 24 hours of delivery

Claims may require supporting evidence and may be subject to carrier procedures, supplier terms, and the applicable Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

16. Export Services

Export-related services may involve third-party professionals, logistics providers, customs brokers, carriers, financial institutions, or government authorities.

Processing times, document requirements, approvals, and final outcomes may depend on information supplied by the user, third parties, and relevant authorities.

IndianSuperstore does not guarantee approval, clearance, processing time, or a particular outcome unless expressly confirmed in writing.

17. Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party service providers for payment processing, logistics, communication, identity verification, analytics, technology, and other operational functions.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, fees, limitations, and availability.

IndianSuperstore is not responsible for interruptions, errors, delays, or decisions made solely by third-party service providers, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IndianSuperstore does not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

IndianSuperstore is not responsible for losses arising from:

- Supplier product defects or inaccurate product information

- Supplier delays or non-performance

- Buyer-provided incorrect information

- Customs decisions or clearance delays

- Import duties, taxes, penalties, or regulatory requirements

- Carrier delays or operational issues

- Events beyond the reasonable control of IndianSuperstore

- Unauthorised access caused by the user’s failure to protect account credentials

- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Account or Order Suspension and Termination

IndianSuperstore may suspend or terminate accounts, listings, or orders where it reasonably believes that a user has:

- Violated these Terms & Conditions

- Provided false or misleading information

- Engaged in fraud or unlawful activity

- Created a security or compliance risk

- Failed to provide required information

- Misused the platform or third-party services

- Violated applicable laws or regulations

Any resulting refund or payment adjustment will be handled in accordance with applicable order terms and policies.

20. Changes to These Terms

IndianSuperstore may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform functionality, services, legal requirements, or business operations.

Updated terms will be published on the website. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory legal rights or protections applicable to the user under relevant law.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable legal procedures and the jurisdiction specified in the applicable legal documents or order terms.
