1. Shipping & Logistics

IndianSuperstore facilitates international air-shipping arrangements for eligible orders through logistics partners such as FedEx. Where available, buyers may select an applicable shipping service during checkout.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates displayed on the platform may be calculated using carrier rates, shipment details, package dimensions, weight, destination, and selected service. Shipping charges displayed at checkout are based on the shipment details, package dimensions, weight, destination, selected service, and applicable carrier rates available at the time of booking.

Once the buyer completes checkout and the shipment is booked, the shipping charge paid through IndianSuperstore will generally be treated as the applicable shipping charge for that order.

However, additional carrier charges may arise due to differences between the declared and actual shipment details, reweighing or re-measurement, address corrections, remote-area surcharges, customs-related charges, service changes, or other charges imposed by the carrier or relevant authorities. Any such charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms.

IndianSuperstore currently facilitates eligible international air shipments through logistics partners. Sea-freight or container-shipping services are not currently booked or processed through IndianSuperstore.

Where displayed, sea-freight or container-shipping figures are indicative calculations provided for informational and planning purposes only. These estimates do not constitute a confirmed sea-freight booking, shipping commitment, or freight-forwarding service by IndianSuperstore.

2. Commercial & Delivery Terms

Commercial terms, including Incoterms, payment arrangements, delivery responsibilities, and the allocation of freight, duties, taxes, and other charges, are agreed directly between the buyer and the respective supplier. Where displayed, sea-freight or container-shipping figures are indicative calculations provided for informational and planning purposes only. These estimates do not constitute a confirmed sea-freight booking, shipping commitment, or freight-forwarding service by IndianSuperstore.

IndianSuperstore does not independently determine or guarantee the commercial terms agreed between buyers and suppliers unless expressly stated for a particular service or order.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Buyers can view the available delivery services, estimated delivery timelines, applicable shipping charges, and supplier order-processing time, where provided, while selecting their preferred shipping option during checkout.

Supplier processing time is separate from the carrier’s transit time. The supplier may require additional time to confirm the order, prepare, package, and make the goods ready for collection.

The estimated FedEx delivery timeline generally begins after the shipment has been collected by FedEx and accepted into the carrier’s network. The total order fulfilment timeline may therefore include both supplier processing time and carrier transit time.

International air shipments may typically take approximately 4–25 business days in transit, depending on the destination, selected service, customs clearance, and other operational factors. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

- Supplier order-processing or preparation delays

- Customs inspections or clearance procedures

- Incomplete or inaccurate documentation

- Import permits or regulatory requirements

- Carrier operational issues

- Delays caused by the buyer, supplier, customs authorities, or other third parties

- Events beyond the reasonable control of IndianSuperstore or the supplier

IndianSuperstore does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Requirements

Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of their destination country, including applicable customs duties, import taxes, permits, licences, and documentation.

IndianSuperstore may facilitate the collection or transmission of shipping and customs-related information for eligible shipments. However, customs decisions, clearance requirements, duties, taxes, and additional charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities, carriers, brokers, or other applicable parties.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other destination-related charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable order terms.

5. Supplier Responsibility

The respective supplier remains responsible for:

- Product quality and conformity
- Accurate product descriptions and declared values
- Proper packaging and labelling
- Product-specific certificates and compliance
- Export documentation and information supplied for customs purposes
- Preparing the goods for collection within the agreed timeframe
- Compliance with applicable export laws and regulations

IndianSuperstore facilitates the transaction and logistics coordination but does not manufacture or directly supply the products listed by independent sellers.

6. Order Cancellation

Buyers may request cancellation at any time before the respective supplier confirms the order.

Once the supplier has confirmed the order, cancellation is no longer available through the standard cancellation process, as the supplier may have started preparing or processing the order.

After supplier confirmation, buyers may contact IndianSuperstore Support to submit an exceptional cancellation request. Such requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed to be accepted. Approval may depend on the order status, supplier confirmation, shipment preparation, payment settlement, and whether fulfilment or shipping activities have already commenced.

If the order has already been dispatched, handed over to the carrier, or otherwise processed for shipment, cancellation may not be possible.

Order issues must be submitted through the buyer’s IndianSuperstore dashboard support ticket.

Any refund, where applicable, will be handled in accordance with the applicable order terms and the Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. Any applicable deductions or non-refundable charges will be communicated where relevant.

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If a shipment appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, the buyer should:

- Notify the carrier immediately
- Refuse delivery where reasonably possible
- Take photographs or videos of the package and shipping label
- Report the issue to IndianSuperstore within 24 hours of delivery

Claims may require supporting evidence and may be subject to carrier procedures, supplier terms, and the applicable Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

Order issues must be submitted through the buyer’s IndianSuperstore dashboard support ticket.

Products are supplied and fulfilled by the respective sellers. Sellers are responsible for product quality, product descriptions, pricing, packaging, order fulfilment, export documentation, applicable product compliance, and the accuracy of information provided for shipping or customs purposes.
