Buyer Policy

BUYER TERMS & CONDITIONS

IndianSuperstore.com (Owned by Tradevoraa LLP)

1. Eligibility

- Buyers must provide accurate business information.

- All purchases must follow import laws of the buyer’s country.

2. Orders & RFQs

- RFQs are forwarded to verified sellers.

- Platform is not liable for negotiations between buyer and seller.

- Buyers are encouraged to order a SAMPLE PRODUCT for first-time purchases to verify quality, packaging, and supplier reliability before placing bulk orders.

3. Payments

- Buyer agrees to pay product cost, shipping, and import duties unless otherwise specified.

- ALL payment gateway charges, international transaction fees, and platform service fees are strictly NON‑REFUNDABLE, regardless of order cancellation, return, or dispute.

- These charges are collected by third‑party payment processors and cannot be reversed.

4. Shipping

- Delivery time: 4–20 days depending on location & customs.

- Customs delays are beyond platform control.

5. Returns

- Returns are allowed ONLY for defective or incorrect products.

- Return cases MUST be reported within **48 hours** of delivery with photo/video evidence.

- Buyer must email refund@indiansuperstore.com with complete proof.

- No return or refund is accepted after 48 hours.

- Buyer bears return shipping unless the defect is verified and confirmed

6. Liability

- Platform acts only as a facilitator, not an exporter.

- Buyers must verify product details, specifications, documentation, and certifications before placing orders.

- The platform is not responsible for product quality; the seller is solely accountable.

7. Use of Platform

- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is prohibited.

- Accounts violating platform rules may be suspended or terminated.

By using the platform, the buyer agrees to all these terms.
